We currently ship within Australia and internationally to New Zealand and the USA.
All orders are sent from Sunshine Coast QLD 4519, via Australia Post.
We ship orders 5 days a week Monday - Friday. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (business days do not include weekends or public holidays).
We offer flat rate shipping in Australia based on order value.
Australian orders over $85 qualify for FREE standard shipping!
If your products total $85 or more then you get FREE Standard Shipping - or you can upgrade to Express Post for only $6.95.
If your order is under $85 then the following rates apply:
- Standard Post - $9.95
- Express Post - $13.95
All shipping options have tracking included. You will receive your tracking details when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes for Australia
Delivery timeframes are from the date your parcel is dispatched (not the date you placed the order).
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day, business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Express Post usually takes 1-4 business days for delivery depending on your location. As we are located in the Sunshine Coast hinterland we are not in the overnight express zone but Express Post is still a faster option than standard Parcel Post. Deliveries to capital cities usually take 1-2 days, Perth, NT and rural locations may take 2-4 days (remote locations in NT may take up to 5-6 days) for express post.
Standard Parcel Post usually takes 2-8 business days for delivery to most locations, but can take up to 10 business days to remote locations, NT and WA.
Please note delivery delays are still possible due to Covid-19 restrictions on postal workers and flight disruptions.
Currently we only ship internationally to New Zealand and the USA. All orders are sent via Australia Post Standard Air (with tracking). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order weight.
Most international orders take approximately 6-12 business days for delivery from the date your order is dispatched. We will notify you when your order has been shipped. ** There may be some delays in the postal network due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Please note that any import duties, taxes or charges are the buyers responsibility and these costs are NOT included in our prices.
Returned Packages / Incorrect Delivery Addresses
In the event that your order is returned to us as a result of being undeliverable due to an incorrect address that you supplied, you (the customer) are liable to pay any additional postage costs associated with redirecting or redelivering the parcel.
Please enter your address details carefully at checkout and be sure to check the delivery details on your order confirmation. In the event that you made an error with your address please notify us as soon as possible so that it can be corrected prior to being shipped. Once your order has been shipped we cannot guarantee that we are able to redirect your parcel and redirection fees may apply. This will also cause delays in delivery.
Should your parcel be taking longer than expected to arrive please check the tracking link to see how your delivery is progressing. Should your parcel appear 'stuck' at a specific location for longer than expected please contact us so that we can investigate (it is normal for International parcels to be held in Customs for a few days). In order for a parcel to be deemed lost in transit we need to submit a claim with Australia Post. No refunds for lost packages can be granted until this process is complete.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as 'Delivered' but you cannot locate the package. In the event that you cannot find your 'delivered' parcel please check with your local post office in the first instance as it may be there waiting for you to collect.
