Refund policy

We hope that your order arrived safely and everything is as expected. 

If your order has arrived damaged or you received a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund, replacement or exchange.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit we will happily provide a refund or replacement.  For a parcel to be deemed lost in transit we need to submit a claim with Australia Post first, no refunds for lost packages can be granted until this process is complete. 

Please note, we do not provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection - please check the details of your items carefully before checking out.  All product information including ingredients, materials and measurements are listed on each product page so you can make an informed choice.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the store.
